Teaching and Learning with Young Adult Fiction: Part B
This micro-credential examines the application of young adult fiction, as
novel, hybrid story, multimodal and graphic stories and games, to build curriculum content, to motivate students, to build literacy skills and twenty first century skills in middle school and upper primary school classes.
Upon completion, participants will be able to reflect upon the use of specific creative and hybrid texts, evaluate and create learning activities, programs and resources which use young adult fiction. Participants will create and share learning activities, programs and resources for middle secondary and upper primary school curricula.
Upon successful completion, you'll receive:
